Incense Burner

Small Incense Burner, patinated bronze, XX Century. The  sides are decorated with a different animal each, a phoenix, a dragon, a turtle and a kirin. On the bottom there’s the kanji 宣 (Sen), traditionally the hall where the emperor used to give audience to his subjects.
